UNI Computers employs several methods to offer our customers remote support.

For most residential and small business customers, we use a Teamviewer corporate license to facilitate remote support. This incurs no cost to the customer and there is no installation on the customer’s end. A simple single file download is all that is required, and can be deleted as soon as the session is finished.

For our business clients, we have other remote support methods, some of which require no customer interaction at all.
